Play-Based Therapy

Children's language is play. While many adults prefer to talk through their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, children naturally use the play process to express themselves, practice and learn coping strategies, and make sense of the world around them. Play-based therapy isn't "just play". It is a well-researched and evidence based method that has been shown to be incredibly effective in not only engaging children in the therapy, but also facilitating social and emotional growth.
