Children's long term support services
Blackbird Psychotherapy is a contracted provider with the Wisconsin Children's Long Term Support (CLTS) program. Serving Dane, Green, and Rock counties, we offer a range of supportive services for families involved with CLTS. These include Parent/Unpaid Caregiver Services and Grief and Bereavement Counseling.
