Mindfulness for Parents is a space for you to tune in to your thoughts, feelings, and intuitions as a parent. In these sessions, you will be led through a mindfulness practice that is geared to help you manage stress, increase empathy, and to gain some clarity around your family life. This is a tool that can be used any time and anywhere and is backed by research.
