Have you heard of mindfulness but aren't sure what it's about? Did you know that mindfulness is a well-researched practice that has been shown to improve many issues such as stress, anxiety, and depression? Join me for a free 30 minute workshop to learn about the basics of mindfulness. I will guide you through a simple practice that you can use anywhere at any time. You do not have to have any prior experience using mindfulness nor do you need any special seating, clothing, or equipment; just come as you are!
